1. Certified Mystic Medium 
1. All level One and Level Two Courses Completed
2. Option to test out of class for $25
3. Written Exam on Spiritualism and Mediumship passed with a 90% or higher
1. Oral examination available for those with disabilities
4. Participation as a student reader in 10 services and 10 Student Fairs
5. 5 Affidavits of Mediumship completed
6. Demonstration of Mediumship abilities for 5 board members
7. Application and testing fee of $25 each
8. Voted on and approved by the board at the regular schedule meetings
2. Certified Mystic Healer
1. All level One and Level Two Courses Completed
2. Option to test out of class for $25
3. Written Exam on Spiritualism and Spiritual Healing passed with a 90% or higher
1. Oral examination available for those with disabilities
4. Participation as a student Healer in 10 services and 10 Student Fairs
5. 5 Affidavits of Healing completed
6. Demonstration of Healing abilities for 5 board members
7. Application and testing fee of $25 each
8. Voted on and approved by the board at the regular schedule meetings
3. Certified Mystic Master – able to teach level one and level two classes
1. Completion of either Certified Mystic Healer and Certified Mystic Medium
2. Completes Mystics Master Apprenticeship Requirements
3. Demonstrated knowledge and competence as confirmed by the current Mystic Masters
4. Application completed with $25 Fee
5. Voted on and approved by the board at the regular schedule meetings
4. Ordination
1. Letter of intent received
2. Completion of either Certified Mystic Healer or Certified Mystic Medium
3. Completion of all of Level 3
4. Recommendation by Minister that leads the apprenticeship
5. Application completed with $25 fee
6. Voted on and approved by the board at the regular schedule meetings
7. Request Annual letter and donation to assist with church fee
